By using Numera Pay’s website, mobile app, or services, including flight bookings, bus tickets, gift card purchases, and associated wallet features, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Numera Pay, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. All bookings and voucher purchases are governed by these terms along with respective operator policies.

2. Use of Services & Booking Accuracy

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly.

• No fraudulent bookings, artificial traffic generation, or misuse of promotional codes/gift cards.
• Users are entirely responsible for entering accurate passenger details (Name as per Govt ID, Age, Gender, Contact Info). Numera Pay is not liable for invalid tickets due to wrong data input.
• For travel bookings, users must comply with boarding timings, baggage rules, and check-in guidelines set by the respective airline or bus operator.

3. Payments, Wallet & Third-Party Inventory

All payments are processed through secure gateways. Numera Pay acts as a facilitator connecting you with service providers (airlines, transport operators, and brand networks). We are not responsible for sudden fare fluctuations, seat availability changes, or transaction delays caused by your bank.

4. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling rules vary by service type:

• Flights & Buses: Cancellations are subject to the specific airline's or bus operator's penalty fees, plus any applicable platform service charges. Convenience fees charged at the time of booking are completely non-refundable.
• Gift Cards: Once a digital gift card voucher code is successfully issued and delivered, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Failed Transactions: If a booking fails but money is deducted, the amount will be processed back to the original payment source within 3–7 working days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Numera Pay is an intermediary platform and is not liable for any service deficiencies, delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or accidents caused by third-party providers (airlines/bus operators). Our liability is limited strictly to the service fee collected by us for the respective transaction.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
