4. Refund, Return & Cancellation

Refunds are applicable only for failed transactions where the amount was deducted. Recharges or bill payments once processed cannot be cancelled. Return of digital services is not applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Numera Pay is not liable for any losses arising from network failures, incorrect input, third-party service issues, or unforeseen technical problems.
