Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for flight bookings, bus tickets, and hotel reservations on Numera Pay.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable for cancelled travel bookings and hotel stays (as per operator or property guidelines) or if a transaction fails but the amount was deducted from your account. Verified refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.

• Refund amounts for flights, buses, and hotels depend entirely on the airline, bus operator, or respective hotel's cancellation window and policy.
• Refunds for failed transactions (where tickets or booking vouchers were not generated) are credited back automatically.
• Some promotional hotel bookings or non-refundable room rates are strictly non-refundable as per the hotel's explicit terms at the time of booking.

2. Return Policy

Since all bookings, tickets, and accommodation vouchers provided on Numera Pay are instant digital services, physical returns are not applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rules vary based on the service selected:

• Flights & Buses: Bookings can be cancelled directly through the app or website before the departure time, subject to operator cancellation fees.
• Hotels: Reservations are subject to the specific hotel property's cancellation policy. Free cancellation windows (if applicable) will be explicitly shown before confirming the booking.
