Refunds are applicable for cancelled travel bookings and hotel stays (as per operator or property guidelines) or if a transaction fails but the amount was deducted from your account. Verified refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.
Since all bookings, tickets, and accommodation vouchers provided on Numera Pay are instant digital services, physical returns are not applicable.
