Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for mobile recharges and utility bill payments on Numera Pay.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if a transaction fails but the amount was deducted from your account. Verified refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.

2. Return Policy

As all services are digital (recharges and bill payments), returning a service is not applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once a recharge or bill payment request is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
