By using Numera Pay’s website, mobile app, or services, including flight bookings, bus tickets, hotel reservations, and associated wallet features, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Numera Pay, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. All bookings and hotel reservations are governed by these terms along with respective operator and property policies.

2. Use of Services & Booking Accuracy

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly.

• No fraudulent bookings, artificial traffic generation, or misuse of promotional codes or platform features.
• Users are entirely responsible for entering accurate passenger and guest details (Name exactly as per Govt ID, Age, Gender, Contact Info). Numera Pay is not liable for invalid tickets or denied check-ins due to wrong data input.
• For travel and accommodation bookings, users must comply with boarding timings, baggage rules, hotel check-in/check-out schedules, and individual property guidelines.

3. Payments, Wallet & Third-Party Inventory

All payments are processed through secure gateways. Numera Pay acts as a facilitator connecting you with service providers (airlines, transport operators, and hotels). We are not responsible for sudden fare fluctuations, real-time room availability changes, or transaction delays caused by your bank.

4. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling rules vary by service type:

• Flights & Buses: Cancellations are subject to the specific airline's or bus operator's penalty fees, plus any applicable platform service charges. Convenience fees charged at the time of booking are completely non-refundable.
• Hotels: Accommodation cancellations depend entirely on the respective hotel property's policy. Non-refundable room rates or bookings cancelled past the free-cancellation deadline will attract penalties up to the full booking amount.
• Failed Transactions: If a booking fails but money is deducted, the amount will be processed back to the original payment source within 3–7 working days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Numera Pay is an intermediary platform and is not liable for any service deficiencies, room quality issues, delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or accidents caused by third-party providers (airlines, bus operators, or hotel properties). Our liability is limited strictly to the service fee collected by us for the respective transaction.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
